Arizona’s Colorado River Union High School District has partnered with Paper™ to support 1,784 students in grades nine through 12.

The district is headquartered in Bullhead City, a community that lies on the banks of the Colorado River, which forms the border between Arizona and Nevada in this region. The city is about 100 miles southeast of Las Vegas, not far from the point where Arizona, Nevada, and California meet.

Superintendent Dr. Tim Richard believes students in the district will benefit from Paper’s 24/7 availability.

> “We are building a culture of learning for all—and all means all. Our students should have the resources and the support they need, when they need it. This is why we have decided to partner with Paper.”
>
> — Dr. Tim Richard, Superintendent, Colorado River Union High School District, Arizona

Other Arizona districts, such as [J.O. Combs Unified School District](https://paper.co/resources/case-study-jo-combs), have also worked with Paper to help improve student outcomes.
