LCSD1 Becomes First District in Wyoming to "Re-level the Playing Field" Via 24/7 Tutoring Support

Paper is proud to welcome its first district partner in the state of Wyoming.

All 11,000 students in grades 3-12 now have access to unlimited, 24/7, multilingual academic support—at no cost to them or their families.

Laramie County School District #1 is a public school district located in Cheyenne, WY. It has 14,421 students in PK-12, with 43.5% qualifying for free or reduced lunch.

Steve Newton, Director of Instruction, said:

"In response to the learning challenges of the ongoing pandemic, our district recognized the need to provide extra academic support to students. Our partnership with Paper is answering that call to help kids. Whether it is because students are falling behind in their schoolwork or they just periodically struggle with new course content, we needed resource support that included a robust tutoring option for our students.

The fact that Paper provides students with unlimited access to assistance, day or night, responds to the reality that students need assistance the moment they get stuck in their learning. We are very hopeful that this partnership will re-level the playing field for all the students in our community."
