Los Alamitos USD selects Paper for equitable high-dosage tutoring
At Los Alamitos Unified School District in CA, high school students in grades 9-12 can now count on 24/7 support from Paper tutors.
It addresses equity and accessibility because for so many parents, paying for a weekly tutor is a stress on their budget—let alone the difficulty in trying to find a tutor.
— Marlys Davidson, Board President
We’re really excited. For quite a few years now, we’ve been hearing from our families that access to quality after-school support is a need—particularly in some of our more advanced courses.
— Ondrea Reed, Deputy Superintendent, Education Services

With Paper, the district will now be able to provide equitable academic support—unconstrained by distance, time, or the availability of teachers.
