How GROW CA works and why it works

GROW CA empowers educators and students by providing a seamless blend of rigorous curriculum, real-time data, and expert support. Designed to support classroom instruction and district objectives, it delivers a personalized learning experience that drives measurable success.

  • Tailored sessions

    Structured for success—every session, every week

    With a minimum of 90 minutes per week, GROW creates momentum through scheduled, relationship-based tutoring.

    Dosage & Duration

    • 90 minutes per week (minimum) for 8-to-16 weeks
    • 30- or 45-minute sessions


    Delivery

    • Two-way video sessions
    Scheduled during the school day


    Ratio

    • 1:1 or up to 1:4 small-group sessions
    • Same tutor each session, with ongoing feedback to classroom teach
