Building student confidence, mastery, and momentum
GROW tutors are trained in techniques grounded in modern, research-based pedagogical practices and designed to get results:
• Gradual release: Progressively shifts responsibility to the student with "I Do, We Do, You Do" steps.
• Scaffolding: Provides temporary support, gradually removing it as students gain independence.
• Data-based differentiation: Tailors instruction to individual student needs and progress.
• Cooperative learning: Encourages student collaboration to achieve shared academic goals.

Monitor progress
Progress you can see—and act on
Continuous progress monitoring through formative & summative assessments to support and drive classroom instruction.
- Each session aligns to standards and ends with an exit ticket to track progress
- Summative assessments every 4 weeks identify gaps in student understanding
- Tutors provide ongoing feedback on student strengths and areas for growth
