New Jersey school district taps Paper™ to accelerate learning
Right across the Hudson River from Manhattan, 641 Weehawken Township School District students in sixth through 12th grade will receive support from Paper™ to help accelerate their learning.
Eric Crespo, superintendent of the New Jersey district, shared his belief that Paper is the right solution for this particular moment.
“The partnership between Weehawken Township School District and Paper couldn’t have come at a better time,” said Crespo.
In particular, school leaders are looking to Paper’s Educational Support System (ESS) for equitable on-demand assistance as students in the district pursue learning acceleration initiatives.
“Tutors will be available for all sixth through 12th graders 24 hours a day and seven days a week in a multitude of languages. Students will also have rigorous assignments where they will be challenged to push their thinking with the support of Paper tutors.”

In the interest of setting rigorous academic targets while offering scaffolded support, the district expects to provide students with tailored assignments designed to feed into Paper’s ESS.
As Weehawken schools strive to further their learning acceleration goals, this strategy is “one of numerous initiatives aimed at pushing academics to new heights,” said Crespo.
